Service: Construction VA
Experience Level: Junior Level and above
Hours/Week: Full-time (40 hours / week) but 10 hours / week to start
Shift Time Zone: Eastern Time (US)
Shift Hours: 1:00 to 3:00 pm (first 2 weeks)
Shift Days: Monday to Friday

- Organize and keep track of all bidding proposals
- Coordinate with an outsourced party on documents needed
- Maintain Bid log - updated prices, bid log number, date it was sent, follow-up date, etc.
- Take information from different sites for General Contractor
- Update logs on CRM
- Highly Accountable
- Highly collaborative

Requisitos Excluyentes

Software knowledge required:
- Google Sheets
- ESUB (Project Management Software)
- Drop Box ( File Management)
- Bluebeam ( PDF Reader and measurement software)
- Timecard Management /Review
- MS Excel
- Calendar
